Martin Lawrence lets house he married in
Martin Lawrence is letting the Beverly Hills home he married in for $200,000 (R1.6 million) per month.
The Big Mama's House actor's 13,900 square-foot home boasts 7 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms and a cinema complete with concession stand.
The outdoor area features a giant pool surrounded by a spa and cabana plus a tennis court.
The property sits on 2.2 acres of land and features a marble foyer with Salvatore Polizzi-stained glass skylights, as well as staff quarters in the basement.
Martin recently announced he was divorcing his partner of 17 years.
Last month, the 47-year-old comedian and his wife Shamicka made a "joint decision to part ways."
The couple, who are parents to daughters Amara and Iyana, were together for 15 years before getting married in July 2010 at the estate he is making available for renting.
The Lawrences' representative said at the time of their parting ways: "Martin and Shamicka Lawrence have decided to divorce. The couple has made the joint decision to part ways".
"Out of love and respect for one another we will continue to remain friends and raise our two beautiful daughters together."
