Singer is embroiled in a custody battle over his two children aged 4 and 3

Usher Raymond

The 33-year-old singer was questioned about sleeping with the woman during his two-year marriage to Tameka Foster during his appearance at Fulton County Court, Atlanta this week.

The star - whose full name is Usher Terry Raymond IV - is currently embroiled in a custody battle over his two children Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, three.

Apparently his lawyer objected to being quizzed about the incident involving Maya Fox Davis who used to be a nanny to their offspring and was also involved in their 2007 wedding.

According to TMZ, he was asked if she left her work position "because you were discovered in bed with [her]".

The trial is in recess and will be back in session in July.

Usher broke down in tears at allegations he was a bad father on Monday (21.05.12).

The 'Without You' singer was accused of excessive partying by his former partner's attorney, who showed pictures of him out at clubs while in Europe recently.

The attorney also asked him whether he took drugs to try and prove he was not a fit parent to stop him from getting further time with his kids.

Of all the people I know, male and female...many of them have cheated on their partner at some point, infact I am wondering if those who have cheated outnumber those who have not.

Then I just wonder....is Monogamy really a realistic expectation on your partner? Do you really expect them to have sex with you and only you for the rest of their lives? And what about you...Do you honestly feel that you will be able to resist the temptation and commit your self to one "dish" for the rest of your life?

Didn't Usher che@t with his ex-w1fe on Chill1 from TLC, then wrote that song Let it bur.n, so now he che@ted on his ex-w1fe whom also cheated on another woman, now she is the one who's been cheated on with the new girl friend whom also soon Usher will cheat on her with the girl in the club and the circle will go on and on..... Why don't women ever learn, the richer he is, the handsomer he is, the more populor he is, the more dreamy he looks, is the more he will get more p.ussy from other women, other women will literaly throw themselves at him, groopies will give him love were ever he goes, you can marry him and his money but you will never tame him, as the 0rgy runs in his brain to his d1ck and the super models are for offer....

Why are you so cynical?? Whenever you are present on the site..you question people's integrity and lace it with your pessimism!!

It does exist..it's hard work..but it's not impossible! Perhaps it starts with not looking at someone as a "dish" but your partner, friend and lover! Temptation is not going to elude you because of your relationship status - but knowing that you can elude it (temptation) makes your relationship even sweeter!

Perhaps you in your case you attract exactly what you give off...food for thought!
