Mind-bending show coming to Mzansi
Beyond the mind with International Mentalist, Gilan Gork, who will be visiting South Africa
He will read thoughts, predict what people will say or do in advance, and bend metal with the mind

Globally, mentalism is an art practiced by few practitioners, it is a rare gift.
Mentalism was first made popular by Uri Geller, well known for bending metal with his mind, and has recently received a refreshed awareness through the popularity of UK mentalist, Derren Brown.
South African born Gilan is on the fast-track to becoming the future of this mystifying field.
Now, South African audiences will be able to experience first-hand Gilan’s riveting show ‘Gilan Gork – Beyond the Mind’ from the 7th to the 11th of February 2012 at the Nelson Mandela Theatre on the Square in Sandton.
Gilan will be demonstrating his remarkable abilities through a completely interactive show, which will have audience members engaged in a number of mentalism feats including reading volunteers' thoughts, predicting what volunteers will say or do in advance, and bending metal with the mind.
“My passion lies in communicating with people and adding value to their life,” remarks Gilan. “Whether it is by inspiring them about human potential in one of my entertainment shows or by imparting lessons on being a person of influence and changing their effectiveness and results in life.”
