AFTER setting the record of becoming the first DJ to play in sixty hours at Maponya Mall in Soweto, fundraising and helping the needy people, house DJ Nkosinathi Maphumulo aka Black Coffee is on another mission again, but this time on a musical journey.

On Friday 16 December 2011,  Maphumulo is set to do something that has never been done in the history of house music - at the Moses Mabhida stadium.

Not only is he going to fuse house music with orchestra, but also play live with a 24 piece orchestra band conducted by Brendan Jury.

25 000 people are expected to be attending his show. He will start by performing songs like Yintoni Na that he did with the late Busie Mhlongo while she was still alive. This will be another way to pay tribute to her in her hometown.

Other songs to  perform is Usizi by Jazz pioneer Victor Ntoni, Istimela by living legend Hugh Masekela.

On the deck he will welcome his long time friend Zakes Bantwini who will set the stadium alight when he performs Clap your Hands live.

Other artists who will be performing, will be Tumelo, Thiwe, Mabi Thobejane, Zano and Bucie who is expected to send all the ladies to another mood when she sings Superman.

International DJ's will be coming out in full force. French producer/ dj Rocco will bless local fans with songs such as Make Me High and Memories while German DJ Ralf Gum will hold the stadium with songs such as Kissing Strangers and Complicated. Frank Roger who become popular with songs such as Jeware is set to paint the Kingdom of Kwazulu Natal red.

London based producer Low Deep T who's now becoming an artist will wow  fans with songs such as Big Love.

On the local DJ's front, 'Metro FM DJ Oskido will join the stage and perform his new BOP song Wamuhle.

What will also interest people, will be to see BOP and Black Coffee coming together to perform Sikukhuzile and follow with his band Shana to sing songs such Uyangichomela and Molo Sweetie.

Then new kids on the block Black Motion who become popular with Banane Mavoko will let the drum do the talking when they perform songs such as Ritual Night while Culoe de Song will make sisters call their boyfriends when he plays the popular hit song Call Me.
