INSTEAD of promoting politically aligned business ventures, President Jacob Zuma should inculcate in the minds of the youth the importance of genuine entrepreneurship.
As ruling party the ANC is in public office. It can't be in business with the state over which it presides.

''Zuma is correct that there is no law prohibiting the politically aligned from securing tenders from the state. He says there is nothing corrupt about it. '' Come on Mr Editor, that is a day light robbery I mean I do not agree with Zuma on that one it is a complete set of bu.ll.s.hit. Can not he see that it gives advantage to others who does not have that advantage. If Comrade President is able to read he must go and read Section 9 of the Constitution on equality rights. You cannot talk about equality if others are busy ''eating'' while others are starving, come on Mr President we will never get to see economic freedom and equality. It is very disappointing for the President to defend tenderpreneuralship in favor of only the very few connected ANC elite group and their families. What about the poor masses who are in majority and are living in helluva conditions every day. Agggg maan Zuma I rest my case!!! Report Abuse

He is like a drug addict who doesn't want to admit that they have a problem, the fact that those who have politically aligned themselve with the ANC are able to secure tenders is gate keeping at it's best, how do you decide a tender if one is there at thier own capacity and the other party is aligned to your party, eventually you reward the tender to the one that's aligned to your party as you also stand to benefit.you political party. Morning ALL
My view on the matter is that until and unless the ANC understand and recognises that the days of basking in the glory of the struggle are long gone and its time for service delivery. It needs to steer away from a revolutionary movement that fought for liberation and start governing the country.
The duty of any government is to create an enabling and condusive environment for business to flourish. We cannot concern ourselves with more issues that affects the ANC than the people that put it in office, who are still jobless, homeless, hopeless, without houses and access to water and sanitation while we are debating and elevating moegoes like Brett Murray.
Yes, no bl@ck man is born corrupt and so the guys that are busy looting our state coffers in the name of the people shall govern, must be brought to book, even if we lock the whole leadership of the movement and ministers, so be it.
Today, we should be celebrating Africa day, but because of greed, brother turning against brother, poverty, under development, despots and xenophobia, we cannnot celebrate true sons of the soil like the Samora Machel, Nelson Mandela, Kwame Nkrumah, Julius Nyerere and Kofi Annan and should be all be proud that WE ARE PROUD AFRICANS Report Abuse
