We are doomed as a country, who ever elected Zuma to be president of the ANC, will leave to regret it. We are officially a banana republic!

Zumas friend and close ally?
Spy tapes?
Nepotism?
Corruption charges?
Attempted murder charges?
Murder charges?
Looting?
Stalking of top prosecutor?
Theft?
Mdluli is a colorful character and yes an anc cadre.

Zuma was not and is not and will never be fit to be president. The anger with the former president Mbeki brought us to this unfortunate leadership crisis and if the delegates at Mangaung repeat the Polokwane mistake i will not vote the ANC in 2014 and i will campaign and mobilise fellow straight thinking citizens to not vote for the party.

Even if you become the next police commisioner Mdluli, albeit dubiously, Jessica Leandra dos Santos will still think and call you a K2ffir.

The Mdluli saga clearly indicates the deep rot in the Zuma administration. I am amazed that ANC leaders particularly the NEC can allow these shenanigans to go on unchecked. What happened to Pallo Jordaan, Zola Skweyiya, Fikile Mbalula, Matthews Phosa, Joel Netshitenzhe and many others? When are they going to confront these matters in ANC NEC meetings? It is time for the voices off reason to be heard. The likes of Cyril Ramaphosa, Trevor Manuel, Jeff Radebe, Jessie Duarte, Collins Chabane and Derek Hanekom have already clearly shown that they sold their souls, principles and values on the altar of political expediency. Who will save the African National Congress from this shame?

ANC Leaders' dishonesty is being revealed every day of the year. But as long as crime pays, things will not change.THere is no consequence- they do not get punished.

These corrupt leaders do not feel guilty and don't care for the ANC name. Your values and character in life are formed in your home when you are a child. What do these leaders think of their parents when they disgrace them like this ?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It sounds like you are on to something here. I assume that Jacob Zuma can read, even though he haltingly does so in public. He always reminds me of that homeland leader who used to read R4m as four rand million. On a serious note if you have four wives (wht three around or under 40years of age), abomakhwapheni and others as well as 20-something official children and others as well as government business to attend to, how in the world does one manage to get a chance to read even a newspaper?

It is obvious that JZ cannot afford to appoint an honest top cop who will do his job without fear or favour. If you bear in mind that JZ must have known how controversial the whole Mdluli saga would be, and the attention it would draw to himself, but he still went through with it, you realise how important it must be for our beloved double cranium pres to have someone like this in the top cop position.

I notice that the Minister of Police has relented to pressure to remove Richard Mudluli and is being shifted to another division. Someone like Mdluli, if the allegations against him are to be believed is not even fit to head any division in SAPS. Now Jacob Zuma is in a bit of a quandary now that the man who said "I will help the president succeed in Mangaung" has been removed from his position. But those Zuma factionalists in KZN really do not care, as long as one of their own is at the helm of the ANC. I wonder how comrades like Fikile Mbalula, Tokyo Sexwale and others felt when they were told that Richad Mdluli was going to look after their safety and security. Must have felt like chickens being told that a jackal has been appointed to look after them (if the allegations against Mdluli are to be believed).
