'luck' is when opportunity meets preparedness. Opportunities came to chips many times last season to climb & lead the charts but they were so happy of the so called 6-1 while failing to utilise (not prepared) their opportunities, they drew and lost crucial games . At one stage they drew 5 games in a row only to utilize their opportunities when the league chances have gone. The same has happened this season, losing games has been some kind of fashion for them only to utilize their opportunities last night with their chances gone. The less said about Fundowns the better. Good 1st round, but since the start of the year they have been huffing n puffing. Swallows are dark horses and a strong threat to Pirates. Report Abuse

Pirates is not consistent enough plus you still have to play Celtics at home and Arrows away. I expect you to drop at least 2 points in one of the games.
Swallows on the other hand are on fire with games against Leopards (away), Platinum Stars at home and Maritzburg United (away). I see swallows picking up all 9 points on offer which will leave them with 56 points.
If Pirates lose 2 points out of 6 then they will also end up with 56 points, their current goal diff advantage is 2 goals can evaporate very quickly. For Pirates to win they need all 6 points otherwise they may be beaten to the league at the finishing line.
The less said about Chiefs and Sundowns the better; the race is between Pirates and Swallows but Pirates have a habit of dropping when it matters most.
