Putting a stop to amanyala

WHEN I was growing up in the rural village of Gatyana in Transkei, the word amanyala was interpreted to mean sexual act.

I think we as the country need harsher interventions in fighting such sexxual predators both young and old. It is a pity that our government that is led by the ANC is too much concerned about human rights even if the rights afforded only leads to destruction and negative growth in our GDP. We cannot really stop young kids/adults from conducting sexxual experimentations but perhaps what we (people/government) can do is to invest in or look at introducing or making it mandatory for things such as contraceptive hormone implants or any of the safer intrauterine methods . These methods can last for more that 6 years & these can guarantee that we won’t have cases of school going teens falling pregnant and these will at least provide some with better hope for the future.
