THE appointment of former Dr JS Moroka municipality manager George Mthimunye as eMalahleni's municipal manager raises important questions about the challenges facing the country when it comes to issues of leadership.
I have relatives @ Siyabuswa (Kwandebele-MP) and when he was municipal manager there people were complaining about his conduct. He was described as one horney, bossy and dishonest comrade. So his appointment is really questionable...kazi what does the province of MP owe this dude? cause it seems like they cannot, or rather, would not get rid of him!!! Report Abuse

I agree that this is a disgrace, but on the other hand I am not remotely surprised. Nor am I surprised by the fact that not a single eyebrow has been raised in question by the senior party leadership. It is simply a graphic demonstration of the utter hypocrisy inherent in this worthless call to action. There is clearly absolutely no intention to implement such an initiative. Report Abuse
