can I take this appropriate opportunity to respond to you.
To remind you about the decision that was taken to deploy SACP cadres nationally and provincially was meant to enforce or be part of decision making in the government led by the alliance, since it became more problematic to influence decision when not part of cabinet.
Let me reflect to some of the issues that has been achieved by SACP cadres in the cabinet , some relate to overhauling of the Public Works Dept by Cde Thulasi Nxesi where corruption was an order of the of the day.
Min of Higher Education by taking a drastic step to overhaul SETAs/FETs which serve as a centre for employment , the skills that are available in these FETs are vital for any graduate to get/start his/her job quicker than a University graduate.
It is still early for the Minister can still do more to make sure that lives of the people are improved through skills training in order to address the crisis of unemployment.
Coming to NASFAS Im not sure if you still see the same NASFAS compared to the past where it has been used to rip off students.
